I have a pretty broken and banged up body after being involved in 3 motor vehicle accidents over the past 15 years. My husband and I have been working out with Melissa for a few months now and it has been fantastic. She comes to our house and designs workouts using the equipment that we have and this has done wonders for our consistency in working out. The workouts are always different but very doable and focus on functional improvements along with strength/cardio. One of the best things is that she emphasizes safe form and we have learned a lot about proper form not only while doing workouts but remembering key points just doing everyday life stuff; it’s really made a difference in core function and strength (important because we both work long hours at desk jobs!). Melissa is also very pleasant and has such a positive attitude - she will push you to challenge yourself but it’s always in an encouraging way.
