MOBILE PERSONAL TRAINING

Learn to exercise from the comfort of your own home. No equipment, no problem. A certified personal trainer will guide you with a personalized program and get you the results you've always wanted. Whether it’s fat loss, muscle gain, a tighter stomach, or nutritional guidance, we can help! We provide a friendly, supportive, and experienced certified personal trainer at your door.

MOBILE YOGA LESSONS

Byrka Yoga & Fitness caters to the busy professional that understands the importance of a healthy work-life balance but has difficulty fitting a set class into a compact schedule. We believe in individualized learning and putting clients needs first. Byrka Yoga & Fitness offers personal yoga classes in the privacy of your own home or office, and in the near future will be hosting yoga retreats in exotic destinations around the world. 

BOOTCAMPS AND OUTDOOR CLASSES 

Offering seasonal outdoor classes. Classes are all-levels and welcome to everyone! Boot camps are focused on HIIT (high-intensity interval training) and low-impact. We use kettlebells, BOSU balls, medicine balls, ladder agility drills, free weights and much more.
