Controlling weight gain, maintaining strength, and building a strong pelvic floor is extremely important for women during pregnancy. It's also key to focus on the breath, breathing is a huge part of the labour process!
Once the baby arrives it's all about focusing on healing, rebuilding the core and getting stronger. Movement & mental health is also very key to coping with the postpartum journey.
